The Xenia Community Schools Board of Education approved an agreement to demolish parts of Doug Adams Stadium, namely the grandstands, and renovate multiple structural features to modernize and improve accessibility. The improvement project was approved Monday, December 12 at a regular meeting.

The improvement project was composed of multiple phases—the first of which areas addressed the highest concerns: stadium lighting, stands, and press boxes.

Penn State football facilities to potentially undergo $92 million in renovations | Penn State Football News

Penn State football could be moving forward with more than $90 million in facility renovations if they’re approved at the May 5 Board of Trustees meeting.

The plan includes a $70 million renovation on the first phase of renovations for Beaver Stadium, as well as a $22 million “Phase 2” renovation on the Lasch Building, which was recently overhauled to include a state-of-the-art weight room among other amenities.
