Anatolia and Aeterna return to Cersaie in September

Anatolia and Aeterna will return to Cersaie 2026 from September 21 to 25, presenting an expanded portfolio of porcelain and sintered surfaces to the international design community. The companies will showcase new color introductions, collection debuts, and previews of upcoming products at Hall 16, Stand C22-D21 in Bologna, Italy. The exhibition highlights Anatolia’s continued investment in surface innovation, combining advanced manufacturing capabilities with design-driven product development.

Introducing new materials to the Aeterna collection

Aeterna, the raised brand behind Colorsync and unglazed sintered slabs, is expanding its palette to 61 colors with the introduction of Tuscano Burgundy. This new slab features a deep burgundy-toned marble inspiration overlaid with stark white dramatic veins, creating a bold visual statement. The material is available in two Bookmatch formats: 63” x 126” x 0.24” (160cm x 320cm x 0.6cm) and 64” x 127” x 0.47” (162cm x 322cm x 1.2cm). Designers can use these large-scale slabs for impactful applications requiring visual continuity.

The Aeterna portfolio draws inspiration from a diverse range of natural materials, including onyx, travertine, marble, and terrazzo. Advanced imaging technology captures the movement and variation of these inspirations while providing the performance benefits of sintered surfaces. These products are designed for demanding environments, offering a hygienic, waterproof surface that resists UV rays, fire, high temperatures, scratches, impacts, ice, frost, chemicals, and stains. Manufacturing focuses on sustainability and optimized logistics, aligning with the company’s broader commitment to resource-conscious product development.

Anatolia debuts Architeq and previews Huxley

As the flagship brand, Anatolia is expanding its porcelain portfolio for residential, commercial, and architectural applications. At the exhibition, the Majesto collection will add Tuscano Burgundy, bringing the total to 27 colors. Inspired by marble, travertine, and quartzite, Majesto combines expressive veining with the performance of porcelain. The new color is available in 63” x 126” x 0.24” (160cm x 320cm x 0.6cm) and 48” x 110” x 0.24” (120cm x 280cm x 0.6cm) slab formats.

Architeq will make its Cersaie debut, inspired by the enduring influence of microcement and artisan concrete. The collection captures the soul of hand-finished concrete through an extensive study of cement compositions and custom-poured samples. It is offered in 10 muted tones with up to seven formats, including a porcelain slab, five tile formats, and a 3” x 3” mosaic. Visitors will also receive a sneak peek of the Huxley collection, a wood-inspired line set to launch in six colors with an Organic Matte texture. Huxley will feature a 9″ x 72″ (22.3cm x 179.8cm) plank format designed to recreate the authentic feeling of real woodgrain.

While the source text emphasizes the technical specifications and material properties of these new surfaces, it is worth noting that the introduction of a “wood-inspired” collection like Huxley into a portfolio dominated by stone and concrete reflects a broader industry trend toward biomimicry. Just as architects are increasingly incorporating natural elements into modern spaces, surface manufacturers are responding by creating products that mimic the organic textures and tonal variations of nature while retaining the durability required for commercial and high-traffic environments.

Across its broader porcelain portfolio, Anatolia offers an extensive range of formats and finishes, including rectified sintered slabs, rectified porcelain slabs, modular tiles, 2cm pavers, and mosaics. The company provides six finishes—polished, honed, silk, organic matte, vintage, and grained—ensuring that each design meets both aesthetic and technical requirements. Since its inception in 1995, the family-owned company has grown to 5 million sq. ft. of manufacturing and warehouse space, serving as a global supplier to large distributors and national DIY chains. Architecture firm billings stay soft in July while the surface industry continues to expand its reach.
