Tim Allen flashes ‘Home Improvement’ co-star in resurfaced clip
Maybe it was “Tool Time” after all.
Tim Allen was filmed playfully flashing his “Home Improvement” co-star Patricia Richardson in a newly resurfaced clip.

Allen then lifts his kilt, and while the camera does not show what was underneath it, Richardson, 71, clarified to TMZ Tuesday, “He was well-dressed under there. I was just shocked that he lifted the kilt, not by a man in boxer shorts.”
