Tim Allen flashes ‘Home Improvement’ co-star in resurfaced clip

Maybe it was “Tool Time” after all.

Tim Allen was filmed playfully flashing his “Home Improvement” co-star Patricia Richardson in a newly resurfaced clip.

In the blooper scene, Allen, who played Richardson’s husband on the ABC sitcom, is dressed in a kilt as the actress says, “Hangs long. I just wish it was shorter.”

Allen then lifts his kilt, and while the camera does not show what was underneath it, Richardson, 71, clarified to TMZ Tuesday, “He was well-dressed under there. I was just shocked that he lifted the kilt, not by a man in boxer shorts.”

Arlington police arrested three men Friday for allegedly scamming an elderly resident using a common home improvement scheme.

Peter Gilheny, 21, of Quincy, was charged with malicious destruction of property over $1,200, larceny by false pretenses over $250, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and number plate violation to conceal identification.
