Our attic is a room full of vintage charm and lots of fairytale romantic touches. From floral covered beds to well-loved rugs, pine plank floors and wood plank walls and ceiling. It is a quirky little space that has low ceilings on the sides and a high pitch in the center of the room. The charm starts with the steep and narrow staircase that leads up to it- and it just continues from there.

Grand Forks City Council members briefed on Gate City Bank Home Improvement Partnership Loan Program

Mar. 6—GRAND FORKS — City Council members were briefed Monday by Gate City Bank on the Home Improvement Partnership Loan Program.

Andrew Conlon, a senior community development planner with the city, said the program provides funds for qualifying homeowners to make improvements to their properties. Some of the criteria to qualify for the program are that the assessed value of a house needs to be $275,000 or less and everything will need to be zoned appropriately, as well as other credit-related prerequisites. The interest rates for the program this year range from 3% to 3.5%

As high home prices and mortgage rates force many homeowners to stay put rather than trade-ups, a whopping 90% of homeowners are looking to make their existing living space more comfortable this year, according to a new survey.

But as inflation continues to drive up material costs, many are turning to DIY projects to save money.

The Home Depot, Inc. Expected to Post Q1 2024 Earnings of $3.80 Per Share (NYSE:HD)

The Home Depot, Inc. (NYSE:HD – Get Rating) – Research analysts at Oppenheimer issued their Q1 2024 earnings estimates for Home Depot in a report released on Thursday, February 23rd. Oppenheimer analyst B. Nagel forecasts that the home improvement retailer will post earnings per share of $3.80 for the quarter. Oppenheimer currently has an “Outperform” rating and a $400.00 price target on the stock. The consensus estimate for Home Depot’s current full-year earnings is $16.53 per share. Oppenheimer also issued estimates for Home Depot’s Q2 2024 earnings at $4.77 EPS, Q3 2024 earnings at $4.10 EPS, Q4 2024 earnings at
