What expenses can you deduct when renovating a rental property?

Rental property owners can typically deduct property taxes, insurance, interest, condo fees, repairs, utilities and other related costs. A rental property can even run at a loss allowing the taxpayer to claim deductions against their other sources of income.

Goldman Sachs fintech executive Stephanie Cohen to take leave of absence: memo

NEW YORK (Reuters) – Stephanie Cohen, the head of Goldman Sachs Group Inc’s fintech unit called Platform Solutions, is taking a leave of absence for family reasons, she said in a memo to staff seen by Reuters.
